Setting up and integration

To integrate, simply install the script and point to the necessary fields on the website using the mouse.

Register your website

Create an Ellis account, include your company details and website address to generate a unique script for collecting data and activate the website setup mode in Ellis.

Add a script to the website

Place the link to your unique script in the header of the website between the HEAD tags, refresh the page, and ensure that the script is available on every page.

Configure order fields

Select the fields that the buyer fills out on the website during the checkout process, then show Ellis where the data is located using the mouse. These could include customer information such as their address, payment and delivery method, shopping cart contents, product attributes etc.

Configure forms fields

Select the forms that visitors fill out on the website, and also show with the mouse where they are located. These could include feedback forms, call back requests, reviews, product and service inquiries, phrases from the search bar, etc.

Link the CRM account

Choose your CRM, accounting software, or analytics program. Enter your authentication details, configure the mapping for forms details with the Lead or Deal card fields. Turn off setup mode to begin receiving data.
